The word damage comes from the Latin damnum which means to cause pain or injury. We use this word when something that is in perfect condition receives some type of blow or external force that damages it and depending on the magnitude of the damage, this element that suffered the deterioration can stop its functions until the damage is solved.
There are many types of damage, let us mention the most prominent, Physical damage: when the damage caused generates lacerations, cuts or blows that affect your body. Moral damage: if a person receives an offense and injury, the affected person receives moral damage that affects his moral principles. Legal damage: refers to the damage that an individual or company can receive that merits the inclusion of a court for its solution. Intentional damage: this type of damage occurs when a person is aware of the perjury he is doing, despite the consequences that this may generate. Culpable damage: It is a deterioration that is done unintentionally, the person or living being that performs it is not to blame for what was caused. It is known in medicine as brain damage to that which affects the higher functions of the brain due to infections, tumors or trauma.
In general, a damage is repaired, either by obligation of compensation or by a moral commitment that is capable of damaging the damage.
