In order to be integral people in our training, Physical Education must be present, as it is part of evolution and personal growth, however it is a term that can be seen from various angles. On the one hand we have that physical education is part of the instructional and pedagogical training process of the human being, using physical activity and also psychological activity to train a healthy man in body and mind. But this is a term open to many interpretations, since physical education is not only seen from its educational side, but can also be conceived as asocial, recreational, therapeutic or competitive activity.

In other words, it can also be said that physical education is that activity carried out with the implementation of the human body to achieve the fulfillment of a sport, providing us with knowledge about physical exercise, such as its benefits and consequences (and also its mode of recovery). A great contribution of physical education is the fact that children can develop their physical and motor skills apart from their intellectual qualities and thus be able to develop healthily, since currently society has fallen into an almost extreme sedentary lifestyle, and it could be said that children reasons for the same are excessive and obsessive use of electronic devices such as television, video games, computers, etc. For this reason, in most schools thePhysical education is implemented as a course or one more subject, so that it can be carried out with enthusiasm by young people and evaluated like the other subjects.

The physical activity helps with the overall development of the individual practice, it is known that help with health and prevent diseases such as reducing heart problems, column, among others. In general, physical education benefits not only individually, because when implemented in different schools and secondary schools, it helps children and young people to interact with each other in order to create bonds of friendship and at the same time healthy competition between them, improving their performance and development, but at the same time making the period of physical activity enjoyable by all.
