The invedecor method is a technique that enables the articulation of certain strategies such as investigating, educating, communicating and organizing, starting from the recognition of popular knowledge; and from the acronyms of these strategies is where the name of this method is formed. In this method, research processes are applied, guided to transform the investigated object, based on the collective production of certain knowledge. The invedecor method is a tool used to communicate, organize, educate oneself and learn about reality based on a particular topic.
It derives from the need for a different conception of the world to the knowledge implanted by the capitalists of the world, by organized forms of cultural resistance, which support their own, forming a resistance to invading cultures.
The processes or strategies immersed in the invedecor method are: research, which is built on the recognition of the capabilities and power of each of the related individuals to build their own knowledge; in which people or participants become researchers and investigated of their own knowledge. The educational process enables and favors the understanding of new ways of acting and thinking, based on the recognition of knowledge that is manifested in the different popular sectors, and based on the practice of autonomy and the acceptance of critical attitudes towards the dominant culture.
Communication, which imparts ideas, information and values, is supported by actions that democratize information and spread it, through newspapers, murals, televisions, radios, among others. And finally the process of organization, which has new collective forms of participation that go beyond hierarchical and subordinate relationships.
