A Service represents a set of actions which are performed to serve someone, something or some cause. Services are functions carried out by people towards other people in order for them to fulfill the satisfaction of receiving them. The etymology of the word indicates that it comes from the Latin " Servitĭum " referring to the action exerted by the verb " Servir ". The services provided in any community are determined in classes, in turn these classes are established according to the figure, personal or institutional that offers or imparts it. There are public services and specialized services.
The utilities are functions exercised by the institutions public attached or formed by the government which are made in order to generate stability and comfort in society.
